  • Personal blogger here. Why? Because I would much rather express my personal opinions in this manner rather than as an expert in a field , which is how other blogs are starting to become. My blog is my opinion --and it changes from time to time.

    Why relinquish your "large" focus by picking one niche? Why not include the details of your life but make it more universal so that it can be relevant to all? Personal blogging won't die. It may not make the big bucks though if that' s what worries ya.
  • Considering that there are now so many social networks catering to such a wide range of niches, my biggest problem is finding ones relevant to me and related to my specific interests or product niches. Google seems to be inefficient and returns alot of irrelevant results. A good resource that I use to find them is this directory of social networking sites.

  • I write about Making Money Online and everything that entails but I think for the most part, I am a personal blogger. I have niche blogs, but the blog with my name on it no longer has ads. It was a move to make it more personal. I figure this is the reason I went to blogging. I could have made money hiding behind the scenes, but I like writing. I stopped writing so much, because it was not paying the bills and was going nowhere. With a blog, my writing is doing something, at least, and I have an old friend back.
